At FarookTech LLC, customer satisfaction is our paramount priority. If any of our developer tools fail to operate as described, do not integrate with your stack, or simply fail to satisfy your technical requirements, we will issue a 100% full refund of your purchase price ($9.99 USD) within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.

This Refund Policy applies to all standalone software products offered on farooktech.com:

- DevVault Standalone Secrets Vault ($9.99 USD One-Time)
- FormFlow Relay Package ($9.99 USD One-Time)

2. Step-by-Step Refund Procedure
We believe refunding software should be as simple and frictionless as buying it:
Send a brief email to support@farooktech.com with your Order Reference ID (e.g. FT-ORD-XXXX) or the email address used during purchase.
Our customer service team will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours. No complicated questionnaires or interrogations.
The full $9.99 USD is refunded directly to your original payment card via Stripe. Funds typically reflect on your bank statement within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancellation Terms for One-Time Software Purchases
Because all FarookTech LLC software tools are sold as one-time perpetual licenses without recurring monthly subscriptions, there is no ongoing billing cycle or auto-renewal to cancel. Once purchased, you will never receive an automated recurring charge.
If you submit a purchase request or invoice order and wish to cancel before payment completion, simply notify us or disregard the Stripe invoice link with zero penalty or obligation.
